"OFFX3 - RESIDENTIAL ART 2010 is a project carried out by the Area Off of Trento, in collaboration with the Municipality of Trento, Autonomous Province of Trento, Trentino-Alto Adige, with the support of Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Trento e Rovereto, Cassa Rurale di Trento and Vinoteca La Vis of Lavis.
The notice, in its second year, is aimed at theater companies operating throughout the nazionale.Il ban "OFFX3" - Resident Artist theater companies is dedicated to those who are undertaking a project to study for a new stage production and need a space in which to carry on the work of study.

The four projects will be hosted and will debut in front of the public preview of Space at Space and Off Off with the same mode described in the contract between October and November 2010, and in particular in one of these four periods of residence:

ARTICLE 1 - Purpose of the call
"OFFX3" - Resident Artist announces a competition to promote and develop new creativity and new projects in the theater .
ART. 2 - Recipients of the notice
The call is addressed to groups, individuals and theater companies, operating on Italy, who have undertaken a study for the creation of a play, with full freedom of choice concerning the form and language adopted.
ART. 3 - Eligible projects
be eligible for competition or entertainment projects under construction shows that the direct involvement on the stage of a maximum of 3 (three) people, for whatever reason they are used. From the calculation of the three (3) people should be excluded: the scene outside directors, set designers, costume designers, sound engineers, lighting technicians, and any other entity not directly present on the scene, that each company is free to participate in his project.
ART. 4 - How to participate
groups interested in participating in the competition must be received no later oltreil July 15, 2010 its detailed proposal to the following e-mail:

Each participating group must submit the following documents via email:

are welcome, but not in any way constitute grounds for exclusion or selection, video, promo, studios, one and only short extracts of the project for which the company submits an application to this announcement, which will be reported to the email address shown above , and together with the material soprarichiesto sent via a video link visible on the web. It will not be considered material sent by mail and / or DVD format.
ART. 5 - How to select
Of all the projects submitted, the committee formed by the Board of Trento Area Off, it will identify up to a maximum of 4 (four) will be selected for a home theater, the four time periods listed above . The Committee will take into account in its assessment of the following:
-motivation expressed by the participating group;
-the original project proposal for work at home, its actual feasibility spaces available from Space Off;
the-art curriculum and consistency of the proposer the opportunity provided in relation to the needs of experimentation and research of the candidate;
The Committee will communicate its decisions by August 15, 2010.
The committee's decisions are final.
ART. 6 - How and when the artist residency
The owner of the selected project will receive the residence contract to be signed as a guarantee required along with detailed instructions concerning the manner and timing of the residence itself agreed with the host association.
The Residence provides:
- 11 (eleven) days of use of Area off and preparation for trial;
- Use of technical equipment made available by the Space and Off which is attached to the card, in agreement with the technical manager of Space Off, Gianni Bosio;
- € 1500 contribution to production , all-inclusive of all expenses that the company will incur during the period of residence. This leaves the company paid the expenses for board and lodging: Off the space organization will provide information on selected companies contracted accommodation.
Upon agreement with each of the four chosen companions, there is a time for discussion and debate with experts, journalists, students schools of theater and any other operator on the project he was working on the company, about half of the period of residence.
The show will debut at the premiere Off Area for two performances at the end of the period of residence in the evening on Saturday and Sunday. The work will be presented before the paying public Area Off in the manner envisaged by the project: the work must have a minimum duration of 40 minutes, and can be presented in the form of study or preview.
The four winning projects set up in the final form of entertainment, must provide mandatory on its advertising and promotional materials (posters, flyers, folders of presentation, websites and so on) Off the logo as a supporter of the space project, and must submit the statement 'with the support of Trent Area Off'.
