second meeting Wednesday to review the Off Space dedicated to the figure of Ugo Tognazzi, Italian actor of great use in 2010 in the twenty years from scomparsa.Dopo' Monsters' Dino Risi, comes 'the bitter life' by Carlo Lizzani. Based on the book by Luciano Bianciardi, the film is another fresco of Italy in the sixties. Cultural services officer of a large mine, Luciano Bianchi was fired. To avenge himself and the miners perished in a major disaster, Luciano went to Milan decided to blow up with dynamite the impressive skyscraper which houses the mining company. Here he meets Anna, a young correspondent for a left-wing newspaper, which falls in love. In order to live, Luciano adapts to being a translator for a publishing house, but will his luck inserting brilliantly in the production of advertising slogans. L his genius in this work, however, that he despises, the good will be worth taking at the same company that had fired. The old revenge is now forgotten and with it the wife and son that Luciano has left the province. With Anna he intends to build a comfortable middle-class life, but love between the two fades with the wealth achieved. Luciano at the station says goodbye to Anna and immediately after granting the wife and son, arrived in Milan to settle there permanently.
