A jar of Iris ....
Greek mythology called Iris, the messenger of the gods, and that is, the divinity, using as a rainbow pass, allowed the "dialogue" between Earth and Olympus
. The iris flower was so named because of the variety of its colors reminded, exactly,
the colors of the rainbow. It is said, too, that the first species of this flower
were transferred to Egypt by Pharaoh Thutmose from Syria. In Italy the iris is a flower very common in the Tuscan countryside;
it seems that precisely on the basis of this flower was designed the emblem of Florence, even though it is still commonly known as the Florentine lily. Even King Louis of France chose him as a symbol of their country. Japan is one of the iris national flower.
The meaning associated with this flower is a message of good news
